      -Very nice people who I work with on day to day basis -Flexibility to work from home -Benefits are good

      Cons

      -Higher management not very nice -H. management not transparent with workload. -Sometimes it gets very slow and no work to do -Recently laid of people without giving them a single day notice or any reasons.
