Great mission and ethics. Large network of experts, very easy lateral communication, very diverse projects and clients. Benefits are good (PTO/insurance/FMLA/work-life balance)

Cons

Large company that grew by acquisitions, meaning there can be some discrepancy in the legacy internal processes and standards. There is however a clear effort to globalize said processes. Pay is much below average, not competitive. Though work life balance is generally OK, there can be high and low activity periods, but nothing unusual.
