      Pros

      Genuine interest in developing and sustaining the communities in which we live in. Their Nordic culture and heritage are felt throughout the organization. Competitive compensation, benefits and wellness programs. Hybrid work arrangements and an awesome PTO allotment.

      Cons

      Hybrid organization can be frustrating. Seems to be continuous change with processes and procedures, which adds to an already burdened workforce. Global workforce, yet the executive board continue to be all Danish. Ramboll Americas, at times, seem to be the strongest financial performer. Would be nice to have a seat at the table.
