      A variety of expertise working across the company.

      Cons

      After the takeover from the former UK company Edif ERA, opportunity for career progression and promotion became impossible. The importance of certain disciplines and areas of expertise were not fully understood or recognised by the new management structure. Salary is also well below that of other similar defence engineering companies for certain consultancy positions. Exceptional performance is not rewarded, even though Team Management submit strong recommendations for this, as well as salary increases. It’s such a shame that the company wasn’t what it once was.

      Cons

      Poor integration of UK businesses with the Italian company. Italian management do not understand the UK business and are ruining it. Very high numbers of staff leaving. Very low pay Awful timesheet, client management and invoicing systems.

      Pros

      new work life balance is starting. Flexible office hours, opportunity to travel. Nothing else i can think of really based on my experience

      Cons

      salaries are not competitive, even for italy (at least if you are not in a managerial position). The merging of many small companies that occurred recently is still causing problems
