      In the industrial side of the company the crew is why you stay aslong as you do there are awsome

      Lil pay for the type of work Lack of job communication Sub poor standard equipment ie no need for cam or band locks when you have rags an duct tape. Management are a joke- like there all nice aslong as you say yes the first time you say no to working on a weekend or overtime thats when you see who they really are as people. They change the pay structure breaching all contracts an results in under paying most an the list can go on
