      Pros

      There are good people who are unfortunate enough to work for this Company. A dark cloud of malevolent self interest from the senior management of the business drains positivity and motivation from employees.

      Cons

      The leaders are motivated by self interest above the needs of the company ensuring success is impossible. Over a long period any initiatives have failed miserably and the company's money has been wasted by ineptitude of staggering proportions.
