      Only accept if in desperate need for money

      Cons

      Prepared to be scared of typing an email, or voicing your opinion, or correcting someone’s mistake. There is no culture of learning and improvement. Shallow, narrow minded and short sighted managers who care more about their precious ego than fixing a problem. For anyone working there for longer periods, can develop stress related diseases. Also, side note, might experience racist discrimination and/or sexual harassment.

      Salary is above industry average. Parental leave incentives are good. Fantastic job security.

      Cons

      Boys club at the top, lack of gender diversity past mid-level. Pay rise seemingly impossible if you don't have a supportive manager. No kind of performance management process so poor performance is more or less ignored.
