Pros

We work as one big team,everyone is very supportive and more than willing to provide advice and share best practices so your constantly learning and improving your skills.As a result the culture of the company is a very fun and energetic environment with plenty of social activities and events in which we can all get involved and enjoy.

Cons

Due to the fast paced nature and rapid growth of the organisation there is a need for continuous improvement and rapid learning which at times can seem like a lot to take in.

Pros

I work with amazing people everyday who are ambitious and excited about their careers. I love the opportunities that the "Q" has given me especially at an entry level. Anyone at Qualtrics, big or small can contribute to changes and ideas that influence the company.

Cons

Some growing pains. Too big for our current building.

Pros

Qualtrics has incredible people and for the most part hires really well. The perks, benefits and offices are well above standard and create a good environment to work. Some of the best sales talent and leadership you could find in any software company.

Cons

Some senior management and the CEO/founder are disconnected from many aspects of the day to day business. While sales and support are strong, it has to make up for lack of investment in engineering on the user experience and design of the product. Marketing has never seemed to be understood at the company and the CEO has appointed inexperienced leadership with no marketing experience to the team. Outside of sales it is very hard to advance your career.
