      Great atmosphere and fun people. Constant changes!

      Low base salary. Additionally, time off is less than ideal and takes a while to accumulate

      Pros

      You feel like you were really own the products that you work on. You get to deal with some really awesome technologies and are given a lot of freedom on how you want to work with them.

      Cons

      It can definitely be stressful sometimes, and being on call is never very fun. It would also be nice to have more paid time off or more salary.
