      Pros

      Excellent infrastructure (IT helpdesk, Intranet, Wifi, etc.). Excellent benefits (fully paid healthcare, fitness centers, cafeteria, office for most employees). Very good executive management. Strong focus on technology innovation.

      Lack of regular communication between management and employees regarding changes in priorities and strategy (specifically within a division or business unit).

      flexible! my manager and mentor were extremely accomodating. treated us like kings. they really care about interns and want to help them succeed

      Cons

      the day to day operations can get a bit tidius. but i guess that is anywhere you work when you are showing up for 40/hrs a week

      Hard to advance in one's career due to internal transfer policies, slow to promote, need to threaten to leave employment to advance.
