      Pros

      Qualcomm is correctly seen as the leading company in wireless. I get to work with smart people. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Company is big. Not clear why some parts comtinue to do what they do. Changes have come recently to cut down on waste of resources.

      Pros

      New and exciting projects; the company takes care of you pretty well; many opportunities for career advancement and working on different projects; the company as a whole is well-managed and seems to be heading in the right direction. Excellent accommodations for interns, and great relocation benefits. Many events are organized for interns to mingle and get to know each other.

      Cons

      As with any big company, there is a fair amount of bureaucracy involved in getting things done, but nevertheless things do get done. The social experience varies from team to team.
