Pros

No strategy. Only interested in your value you bring.

Cons

Layoffs are happening regularly. Micromanaged at every turn. They will burn you out.

Pros

The original QAD people, hands down. There are genuinely smart, supportive coworkers who make the day-to-day tolerable. You’ll meet some great humans and probably form trauma bonds that turn into real friendships. Also, if you like learning how to adapt quickly, you’ll definitely build resilience here (whether you wanted to or not).

Cons

Where do I start. Since the new leadership came in, the company has declined at an impressive speed. Roles are changed or downgraded without warning, expectations are unclear (and constantly shifting), and support/training is basically nonexistent. Communication from leadership is minimal, and decisions often feel disconnected from reality. Morale is low, turnover is high, and the overall culture has shifted from collaborative to survival mode. It’s frustrating watching what used to be a solid company unravel this quickly.
