      Pros

      QAD is a great place to work. It has flaws as do all companies but the culture is one of support and growth. There is very little hand holding, especially for consultants, which is a plus in my book. This makes it your job to excel and succeed here. There are great perks and A LOT of opportunity for traveling and challenges. I would recommend if ERP consulting is your line of work or if you live in the area where an office is located.
