      Pros

      Good team and company culture. Many clubs like tennis and badminton. Many young people. Perfect work life balance.

      Cons

      Not competitive salary. Office is normal. No snack supply. Slow salary growth. Low start point. No laptop in the first 3 years

      Pros

      Very thorough on-boarding process: the HR Department had training for me, as well as the department I will be working. There is a great knowledgebase page that you can search for almost the answer to anything you may encounter at work. Global teams and remote associates also work well together with the different office locations.

      Cons

      I have not been at the company long enough to know the cons. The employees that I spoke with mentioned that processes are changing so that may be tough for some people, but they are changing to make processes more streamlined.

      1. Flexibility to help us maintain work life balance 2. Supportive managers / management with high patience level even with the non-performers 3. Fair practices, infact they try to inline everything with the Industry and Best Practices (to the extend they have data as proof)

      Cons

      1. HR is too Process and Audit driven, leading to following polices very strictly 2. Work needs to be distributed equally or more work can be passed-on to India resources 3. Teams are disconnected and work / mingle within their own space. Need to come together as a big one team
