      Pros

      The office in Barcelona is fine and in a good location.

      Cons

      - Managers monitor and read your chat conversations and emails. - Very old technologies with no willing to learn nor upgrade. - No growth potential. Doing the same job over and over without learning new things. - Salary compensation below average. Pay is far below average for an engineer. - Very low (almost inexistent) salary raises and promotions. - Managers make you travel when they wish, without compensation or benefits for it. - Extra hours/days are never paid. - Managers and HR never listen to employees' suggestions. - Everybody in Barcelona office was looking for a new job.

      always a challenge, not boring, fast paced, decent salary

      Cons

      fast pace and little training. When hired you are told you will be trained, work as intern or other. But they throw you to the wolves after just weeks

      Work Life balance If you like support and want to earn lot of money, it is an ideal place Many best projects from which you can learn alot.

      Cons

      Lack of interaction with upper management. Less onsite opportunities Benefits are not properly distributed among employees.
