1) Only one branch in India i.e. Mumbai(Very Expensive city), though its vendor Progress Software has a branch in Hyderabad 2) If joing on lower designation you won't get some facilities like Medical

No Cons at the moment till now... At the beginning low timetable flexibility but now this is solved as changes have been done recently.
