4yThank you for your feedback and suggestions! Also, thank you for your service of more than 9 years at QAD! I encourage you to join our all hands on call next week where our CEO will and leadership team will share about last years results and next years plan. We are going through a time of change due and that can certainly be challenging. We do believe this will get better and that partnering with Thoma Bravo will give us enhanced flexibility and resources to invest in our expanding growth opportunities, and therefore help our employees and customers thrive.

4yThanks for your comments, We were acquired by a private equity company called Thoma Bravo. This has led to some recent changes that are aimed at making QAD more competitive and a better company for the long term. This can be uncomfortable in the short term and we hope to provide a better experience going forward.
