The changes are being implemented with the focus on overall improvement to the company for the long term and with ensuring we are supporting employees and people who are being impacted or exiting the organization.

Depending on the role and the group, there are groups working with legacy technology. There are also groups working in the newest technology. Both are critical to QAD as a company.
