      Positive work environment where everyone cares to make things right. Great work-life balance. Coworkers and managers are generally supportive.

      Cons

      Chaos in upper management. A lot of uncertainty.

      Silos are tough

      Too many silos and not enough communication makes for so much wasted effort.
