Company and management is very flexible, allowing you to have a good work-life balance. Good pay.

Cons

The culture is really bad, no one is supportive in day to day work because the processes are terrible, no one knows what they are doing or whose responsibility it is. This leads to bad decision making that can negatively impact you as an employee.
