      Pros

      you get a free electric toothbrush. 401K plan with matching They buy out companies to drive up the stock. To quote one of the Senior CEO as he walked out of our office door, "Keep our stock holders happy!" I guess that's how he say thank you, good job or good bye.

      Cons

      They make promises they can't keep. They closed down Lightolier's Fontana factory, which is the only one that's actually making money. But lets "Keep our stock holders happy!" cuz the workers seem to be nothing to them. They like to keep incompetent managers and layoff all the ones who actually do their job and done it well. 401K plan has a very long 100% vesting period

      Great work atmosphere, not great pay or benefits

      Pros

      The atmosphere is a nice place to work. Nice employees, nice building. No paid time off, never hired on full time.

      Cons

      The work is very redundant, you make a lot of telephone calls. Not much support from upper level management, they will keep you as a temp forever.

      Pros

      Dynamic global workplace. A lot of really good employees and you are encouraged to network so you are able to make use of knowledge.

      Cons

      They have several bad managers that are terrible to their employees. Nothing is done to remedy this, it just leads to turnover.
