      Good salary and Benefits Plenty of opportunity Good people Strong product presense

      Cons

      A huge place to work, everyone has a say. Many departments must be consulted in order to get something done. If you want to get ahead, plan on working weekends...every weekend and some holidays. IT seemed disconnected from the rest of the organization and seemed to make decisions in the interests of IT and not the business. Plenty of red tape in order

      Resources and budget are usually available to enable projects to be completed. The company has a wealth of technical knowledge built form years of existence. The work environment is very collaborative.

      Cons

      Sometimes the complex organization structure can hinder projects or tasks to be completed on time. Discussions are a big part of the company culture so this may extend the timeline for projects.
