      The RIS and PACS (diagnostic imaging software) division is very poorly managed.

      Pros

      Competitive salary and benefits package. Attractive work environment. Moderate training opportunities. Company is international in scope.

      Cons

      Very poor communication interdepartmental communication. Company policies and procedures were inconsistent, ill-defined and difficult to locate within internal web structure. Management recruited friends and/or former coworkers from outside the organization rather than promoting from within. Software division was rife with politics. Corporate management and operations practices were grossly inconsistent with Philips marketing and advertising messages to the public.

      Pros

      So many different directions you could grow your career. Philips encourages internal mobility. high matching 401K Great people!! great benefits and vacation plan a lot of opportunity to make influences and changes- employees are inpowered to think outide the box and take things to the next level.

      Cons

      Interview process can take a while. Onboarding could be better
