Leadership (lack of it, values are not displayed and role modeled) Strategy (lack of it or lack of alignment with the organization, running like headless chickens) Environment (you are a cost center, and what matters is how much do you cost and how to save as much as possible in anything) Approach towards humans (not felling that they really care, there are good intentions but all is translated into cost) Working as a dysfunctional organization (toxic leaders are not stopped, there is a culture focused on saving cost no matter what)
