      Leadership Accountability is Desperately Needed

      - Talented, hard-working peers who care about their work - Opportunities to learn - Brand reputation can open doors

      Cons

      - The leadership culture is toxic and deeply rooted - Bullying and gaslighting is tolerated - Feedback is dismissed or used against you, and psychological safety is nonexistent! - High turnover, poor morale, and burnout are normalized - HR is complicit. Concerns are swept under the rug

      Good company to work with

      Pros

      Great learning opportunity, good recognitions across the teams. Flexibility to work from home depending on work.

      Cons

      Process and documentation oriented. Too much documentation for everything. Lot of quality control. Less hike, depending on team and project. Tight deadlines. Unrealistic annual targets to make more profit to stay in market. Poor work life balance and also depends on team and project.
