Medical insurance is descent. Flexible hours. Extra initiatives to participate voluntarily.

Cons

Depends on the team, but learning is not that great. The company is currently facing layoffs and too many device recalls & budget issues. Lacks employee motivation. Salary is less compared to competitors.
