Pros

- The company really makes an effort to have and keep a great Culture. People are great (eg. good attitude, respectful, collaborative) - Onboarding process (although a bit intense, they provide one and make a big effort on improving it all the time). - Providing and receiving feedback is very important, as is part of our company values. - The company cares about employee mental health and as a complementary benefit provides a free 1hr a week therapy sessions with a psychologist (eg. service provided by TherapyChat). - You can go to any of the other offices and work from there for a couple of weeks (eg. Amsterdam, Dublin, Madrid, Munich, London). - With PersonioFlex you can also work from home, remotely for a few weeks or months (depending on the country) and even apply to be a Culture Carrier and experience the culture and live in another city w/ a Personio office (for 3-6 months). - Lost of autonomy and trust from managers and teammates. - Communication sometimes is not the best, but there is a great effort in being transparent and management is finding ways to communicate things better and faster.

Cons

- Too many meetings, sometimes it's hard to manage time and get things done between so many calls (eg. company wide, domain wide, team wide, agile ceremonies, focus time, 1:1s, coffee chats, onboarding, interviews with candidates). - Rapid growth can be stressful (eg. workload, assuming some tasks and responsibilities while waiting for the right roles to join the team). - This may be only relevant for Spanish people, there are NO intensive workdays (eg. Fridays, Summer, Christmas Holidays).

Pros

- Great transparency and visibility from the CEO and leadership team - Good people working here, nice vibe across offices - Very focused on culture and values - Company are doing great and have a high upside

Cons

- Lots of young people with no previous management experience in leadership roles, can make processes more complicated when they dont need to be - Salaries and benefits not up to market standard, this is changing but not fast enough - Meeting heavy and German centric at times - Opps given to people closer to Munich - No working from home allowance - Still need to be in an office 50% even though it's "remote friendly" - Not a very diverse workforce and diversity not top of mind company wide - Micromanagement culture on some teams

Pros

Great support and contact from my lead before I joined, excellent virtual onboarding experience and set up super fast. Clear purpose and overall goal, 3 year strategy and an awesome product. Strong culture, with operating principles that guide all our behaviours. I can see where I contribute to the overall goals

Cons

Pace of growth won’t suit everyone, so keep that in mind!
