Pros
- The company really makes an effort to have and keep a great Culture. People are great (eg. good attitude, respectful, collaborative) - Onboarding process (although a bit intense, they provide one and make a big effort on improving it all the time). - Providing and receiving feedback is very important, as is part of our company values. - The company cares about employee mental health and as a complementary benefit provides a free 1hr a week therapy sessions with a psychologist (eg. service provided by TherapyChat). - You can go to any of the other offices and work from there for a couple of weeks (eg. Amsterdam, Dublin, Madrid, Munich, London). - With PersonioFlex you can also work from home, remotely for a few weeks or months (depending on the country) and even apply to be a Culture Carrier and experience the culture and live in another city w/ a Personio office (for 3-6 months). - Lost of autonomy and trust from managers and teammates. - Communication sometimes is not the best, but there is a great effort in being transparent and management is finding ways to communicate things better and faster.
Cons
- Too many meetings, sometimes it's hard to manage time and get things done between so many calls (eg. company wide, domain wide, team wide, agile ceremonies, focus time, 1:1s, coffee chats, onboarding, interviews with candidates). - Rapid growth can be stressful (eg. workload, assuming some tasks and responsibilities while waiting for the right roles to join the team). - This may be only relevant for Spanish people, there are NO intensive workdays (eg. Fridays, Summer, Christmas Holidays).
