In Product & Technology, we recently rolled out clear and transparent expectations by level for each function within the organization (engineering, product management, product design, research, etc). Great people and led by a very genuine founder.

Cons

At a difficult stage of growth, and not making the transition to be IPO ready smoothly. The culture is a little broken right now, but likely this is also just what happens at this stage of growth. Overall my outlook is positive.
