Friendly environment and growth opportunities

- Quick interview process. Apart from me being on holidays, the process takes ~2 weeks - All interviewers throughout the process was super friendly, sincere and treat you with respect. This right away helps you picture the culture of the company - The coding challenge was real world example of working with colleagues, and the interviewer works with you as if you're already in the same team. The code was clean, well structured, but leaves room for improvement and bug fixing that you will work through with your interviewer. - My recruiter Anna, was incredible, she was very understanding, responsive, and collaborative throughout the whole process.
