Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. While I’m happy you’ve met interesting colleagues and enjoy the atmosphere in our office, I’m disappointed to read that the rest of your experience isn’t meeting your expectations. As you know, Personio is growing fast, and we're proud to welcome diverse leaders with fresh perspectives and extensive scaling experience to our team. We’re here to have a big impact not only on our business but importantly on the HR industry as a whole. Helping thousands of small and medium-sized organizations to power great employee experience using our platform is what gets us motivated. Transparency is an important part of how we run Personio. As Personio continues to grow, we've received feedback that pushing all communications to everyone creates noise and information overload that isn't scalable. So, we've adopted a balanced approach. Information that is relevant to everyone will be communicated in mass forums to ensure all our push communication remains relevant for all employees. Whereas information that is for a specific audience is now shared in targeted spaces, while remaining accessible to anyone interested in finding and consuming it. Matters involving specific individuals will be handled sensitively and confidentially to honor their privacy. Having said that, I recognize that there are growing pains associated with hypergrowth and lots of new people joining at the same time can be challenging. I’d find it helpful to hear more details about your experience if you’re comfortable sharing? Feel free to reach out to me on Slack for a confidential chat or to any other trusted member of the People team or your lead. Best wishes, Maria Angelidou-Smith, Chief Product and Technology Officer

Pros

- overall, very diverse colleagues - nice work space if you like going to the office in a good and well connected location

Cons

- the leadership doesn't have the experience or qualification for the job, which just lead to a very confusing and disorganised department - there are a lot of promises of promotions and places to grow, but when it comes into practice, they just promote who ever they like vs. who is more qualified - "flex-work" for everyone, so no option to work fully remote - overall, just cringe - it's just an HR tool and they make it seem like we're putting people on the moon & the product isn't even that great! It's slow, difficult to change - you will work on features instead of designing good fundementals - salary isn't competitive
