Somehow, coated and rosy language around progression and your faults something you would more expect around a big coorporation, hard to get feedback and an emphasis on the negatives is never explicit but for sure is focused on.
As well as upper tiers of management, not so much day-to-day management, could do with accepting public criticism better instead of returning with dismissal or retribution.
