Pros

Good company future, flexible working between home and office, events

Cons

Zero work life balance, my experience working in FP&A team was nit the best, with no appreciation about my results even with doing at least 55 hours a week; priority is nit there; no clear expectations; no involvement

Hello, thank you for providing this feedback. I’m sad to read about your experience at Personio. While we go through this period of high growth and change and aim to deliver the best product we can for our customers, there are certainly times when our teams have spikes in workload. In these cases, our People Partners and managers will work with our Personios to give them time back in lieu. It’s also very important to us that our team members are appreciated and set up for success throughout their time at Personio. I hope you had the opportunity to speak with your manager or a member of our People team about this while you were here? I’d love to chat to you further about your experience. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you would like a confidential chat. Thank you, Cassandra, Head of People Experience

Pros

Nothing that stands out .

Cons

Company was great when I started, then went through major changes that resulted in a toxic environment where management continually gaslights.

Pros

I have been working for Personio since almost 5 years and have been part of 3 different departments so far. If you are ambitious, embrace hyper-growth & a fast-changing environment, enjoy working with smart but friendly co-workers and constantly improve yourself while making a great career, I can truly recommend Personio. We have had some organisational challenges in the last 6-9 months which led to uncertainty and rumours. Our Snr. Management set up an Ask Me Anything session with the whole company in which they were answering anonymously submitted questions. They explained and shared a lot about the current situation and that it is our joint responsibility to share our culture. Additionally, they have identified specific topics that they will focus on to make us ready for the future and next steps as a company. This is exactly the behaviour that is prove for me that we live our core values and operating principles (e.g communication is key, transparency). Compensation and benefits are good and competitive for Munich. Office facilities and perks are great. Work-life balance is appropriate for a hyper-growth Start-Up and the massive opportunity we are working on (but you cannot expect a 9 to 5 job every day).

Cons

You need to be able to constantly process information and updates of many different sources and team which can be exhausting at peak times. Processes and responsibilities change more often than in traditional companies which can create a feeling of stress and time that has to be invested in finding the most recent process or contact person.
