      Great Flexibility and People

      Pros

      People are supported with a flexible work environment, allowing a good work-life balance. The employee-focussed programs are fun and encourage team involvement. Pay and benefits seemed fair. Trust was giving allowing for true ownership of projects.

      Cons

      Reductions happen pretty frequently and even the smallest teams aren't safe. Even with reduction in team members, teams are expected to do the same amount of work and more.

      Pros

      Pros are NONE. You will hear the SVPs talking and talking without any real plan. The only way they reach their numbers is letting people to go - a well known dirty trick to everyone.

      Cons

      No professional training offered. Merritt increases are well bellow average. No employe self development agenda will be approved, even if it is for minimal fees. Health care plans for families are bad, worst than average - high cost
