Pros are NONE. You will hear the SVPs talking and talking without any real plan. The only way they reach their numbers is letting people to go - a well known dirty trick to everyone.
Cons
No professional training offered. Merritt increases are well bellow average. No employe self development agenda will be approved, even if it is for minimal fees. Health care plans for families are bad, worst than average - high cost
