      Pros

      Fast paced, technology driven company, exciting, good career and professional skills development, provides excellent skill set for the next step in your career (internal or external), people and culture have a good sense of work-life balance.

      Cons

      poor pay for entry level positions, could be easy to get stuck in a dead end position if you are not willing to relocate or do not look for advancement on your own.

      Pros

      PTC offers excellent career mobility, a ton of learning opportunities and a fantastic group of people to work with.

      Cons

      They don't see anything through to the end. Projects are often abandoned before completion simply because management decided to focus on something else. If you re not working on the shiny new toy of the month, your job will always be at risk.

      People are friendly, food in cafeteria

      Cons

      Poor culture. Really struggling to define themselves following the ThingWorx and Axeda acquisitions. No loyalty to the employees. Lack of trust between executive staff and knowledge workers. Low pay relative to the market. No employee stock purchase plan. Lack of collaboration tools.
