      PTC is on a transformational journey - working here you feel how PTC is living, innovating, embracing new and going through changes to shake off the ust of the past and modernize and reinvent things to be able to compete with other "cool" companies.

      Pros

      Good opportunities for 'climbing the ladder', fair compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical corporate culture, top level management were almost referred to as Gods. The training was unfortunately mostly below professional standard and some parts almost felt like attempts at brain washing. A reward system was also introduced which turned the social climate very ugly and split the group in two.
