      Lean team that has a high impact Great visibility to the Executive Leadership Team and segment leaders Open and friendly organisation, easy to work cross functionally and built the right connections to support your work

      Cons

      Having a more lean team means that work load can be heavy in certain periods throughout the year, but nothing that isn't manageable. This is definitely seasonal. If you haven't worked in industrial manufacturing software, there's a ramp up period to get familiar with the industries and products. Again, nothing that isn't manageable and the impact of the technology makes you believe in the organisation.

      The company is good for work life balance and has a good work culture

      Cons

      Very less opportunity for growth. The new CEO seems to have changed the whole direction of the company and away from IOT. The new CEO moved the appraisal cycle from April to November this year thats a long time. I think its difficult for people to feel the heat of inflation and rising rent costs when they are sitting high up the ladder. Very disappointed.
