      Pros

      Great corporate facility, lots of great people to work with. Over my tenure I have generally done well: travel, salary, roles.

      Cons

      Increasing lack of focus on corporate direction. High level theme is constant but path to achieve is ever changing: PTC = Prepare to change. Loss of confidence in senior management over time. Growth opportunities diminish in the medium to higher ranks.

      Pros

      Cool products, lots of smart people

      Cons

      This is not a 9 - 5 type of place. More like 5 - 9 is the expectation. Raises are minimal if at all. As an employee I never felt that I really knew what the company's vision was because they changed it every 6 months.

      Pros

      The company is constantly growing and strives to be a leader of it's field of business, and excels in strategy planning. It enables good Work/Life Balance, flexible working hours, good location.

      Cons

      Low Compensation and Benefits, Strange people and no Culture. The local management skills aren't great, and they tend to prefer new employees over experienced ones. The focus is on the investors and little about the employees.
