      Dynamically changing company. Ability to move into new positions and try new things.

      Everyone appears overworked. As company transitions, they run very lean and resources have too many tasks.

      Pros

      chilled atmosphere in majority of the projects, very ancient technology that nobody uses so not much work

      Cons

      There is a university group which hardly respects employees. It has supposedly PTC veterans who have been in the same group for 8+ years where insulting engineers in public forums is a general norm. Some people work for 3-4 hours and call it a day. You will see the managers protecting the high temper 'elements' of this group. Any good work done by you can be easily stolen and projected as someone else work. Don't be surprised if you find managers giving you all the heavy lifting work and then enjoy going home for lunch/afternoon nap. Join this group at your own risk
