Okay Kind of Company experience people but good for fresher (0-2 years)
Pros
Culture is Good (except few team) Managers are highly political (real managers) If you have good terms with manager can get WFH. Machine is good. Good for fresher as they pay well. Friday you will get free snacks ( some time it wold be tasty and only some time)
Cons
While hiring they will explain you about IOT stuff, cloud stuff which PTC does , but in reality they are still on java 1.5 and only 2 team work on IOT and cloud. They count WFH Politics (even a less technical person can lead you technically) No onsite (if by luck you got , you need to book all by yourself) HR and recruiter are worst. they did not bother to take exist Interview as well. No fixed formula for promotion and hike. lot of wanted meetings No Gym, Bad Cafe and worst food. Even food salad would be horrible. Continuous layoffs If you ask for better work your manager can ask you to look outside of PTC (thats what I liked in mine and I obeyed him and resigned next day )
