Pros

1. humanizing 2. they don't scold/punish you for not doing something correctly 3. coaching is done effectively, humanely, and supportive 4. friendly, approachable, upbeat, encouraging, and helpful, colleagues/team members 5. the system has almost every capability 6. wonderful introductory training that captures the customer you will support as well as a brief overview of how to use the platform

Cons

1. Back to back phone calls 2. The payroll department lacks effective, transparent, and correct communication as well as accountability 3. Numbers/metrics are looked at consistently, almost obsessively 4. Shift schedules are not flexible 5. Long hours 7. Emphasis, priority, and importance seems to be put on the company over the employee frequently 8. You have to answer queries in languages other than your own/what you were hired for which should usually be paid additionally if mandatory or optional 9. The platform is overly complicated for customers to feel self-sufficient which makes for a lot of technical support and customer questions and frustration
