Great benefits like annual international trip, lifestyle benefits and learning and development allowances. All very generous. Fair and clear performance review processes, with clear goals set to increase pay and progress.

"Can-do" culture that truly cares about making a difference in the restaurant industry. Working with some of the most dedicated, kind teammates from across the globe. Leadership are all super sharp and in the trenches. Very diverse workforce that welcomes all

Cons

Lots of internal moving parts in an industry that can be tiring to service with lots of big personalities.

- the company is growing and moves fast but resources are easily navigable and simple to use - great transparency collaboration (no silos!) - everyone agrees on KPIs and what it means to succeed - leaders are focused on shared successes rather than growing their teams and domains

Cons

- the company moves at breakneck speed, so not good for anyone looking for an easy ride - while onboarding is structured, there is no hand-holding
