      Pros

      Enough freedom for enhancing your knowledge base, looking after our family and other enjoyment because of provided leave facilities.

      Cons

      No proper structure of rules and regulations in any regards. People at different offices apply there own rules even at same matter. Patriotic feeling towards the Company felts absent at most places. Every administrative procedure takes huge time in implementation. Wastage of Every resource seems no astonishment to the upper executive class officers.

      Pros

      India's no. one company with very attractive salary and ONGC is very successful in the exploration of energy as well as innovation of alternate sources of energy. Now ONGC is doing exploration and production in other countries also.

      Cons

      Not proper utilization of the skill of the current employees in the fast growing world.
