Pros

Very good retirement plan and benefits from day one.

Cons

Hostile work environment, lack of communication. Leadership is very inconsistent. Business is extremely slow. There is no consistency from upper management. No planning or direction. Protect yourself packaging supervisors and HSE team is inconsistent and back stabbing on how they treat employees. The Logistics leadership team does very little communication to get to know there staff and the needs of the job. HR department will fight you every step of the way. HR policies and procedures are not treated evenly across the board based on the employees experience and longevity.

Pros

Nufarm has good pay and benefits.

Cons

Absolutely unbearable Management. They are very abusive and impossible to get on the same page with. The pay and the benefits are not worth the toxic environment. They have lost several experienced leaders in Supervision due to Management’s inability to plan, lead or even relate to anyone who works there. Don’t waste your time with this company. They are corrupt and incompetent.

Pros

Available OT is there, but they expect you to do it and ignore your life.

Cons

Some upper managers have short mans and single child syndrome. They believe they're the smartest and hardest workers, but throw a tantrum when things go wrong and blame everyone but themselves. They have zero communication skills and tell people something then deny it when things don't work out. Not a single employee at the site enjoys working there and all of them cannot stand the upper managers. They almost blew up the plant when they allowed a large tank in the back to be opened when not fully emptied. When one of the upper managers was fired over it, the subordinate said they were going to tell the upper manager no if it happened again, which was easy to say when the upper manager wasn't there to tell them to do it again. Some true liars. In addition, cancer causing powdered acid is used to make herbicide. The tanks are supposed to have ventilation to remove the particulates from the area when the acid is dumped. The ventilation system has holes in the tubing and never works well. After dumping acid, the operator is covered in powder. The area surrounding the tanks has acid powder floating in the air for hours,. This has been known for years, but they're too cheap to fix it. They would rather the workers just breathe it in. Do not work at this place!
