      + outstanding, smart and motivated people + great product + really nice office + highly agile environment + very design driven

      Cons

      * sometimes we could be faster to take major decisions * but it is not so easy to change banking

      Pros

      - free lunches every Wednesday (sometimes good. Sometimes terrible) - free drinks and fruits - international environment (and thank god)

      Cons

      - leaders are too proud to engage in proper conversations with their employees - place where egos are everything. Ambition and good work means nothing. - countless meetings with bosses to "hear your input" that lead to nowhere - real motivated people do not matter. If you have goals and ambitions, it ain't the right place for you!

      Pros

      Fun, young, international, smart team. Diverse backgrounds that almost make you forget that this is an actual bank. Super casual/relaxed, yet very driven from a business/execution perspective. Inspiring goal of what we're building.

      Cons

      Not everyone can adapt to the quickly changing dynamics that we face as a young startup in a complex industry. Requires a lot of agility and flexibility.
