Pros

Great technology, great people, fantastic channel program. Decent benefits with fantastic PTO(Personal Time Off) program....... Great training and marketing materials available to sales.....

Cons

Unstable work environment. Allot of layoffs. When I was there they did not have a very good process for account turnover. Foe some reason, the Senior Account Reps. were not required to keep contact information or notes in SalesForce.com. They primarily used SalesForce for Pipeline tracking. I hope they changed this.....

Pros

When the company was doing well there was a good career path map, a very good bonus payout and decent merit raises.

Cons

At the time they offered education reimbursement but this has been drastically reduced. The employee mood has greatly reduced due to several rounds of reductions.
