I have been lucky to have the opportunity to work at METRO Markets. I joined 7 months ago, and so far I am fully supported and allowed to be innovative and creative with ideas. I am allowed ownership but also are supported by my colleagues and given feedback whenever I need it. Everyone is friendly and more than happy to help.

Cons

Things happen too fast at times and it requires those who come in to adapt to it.
