international open-minded & tech focused environment with the start-up feeling, opportunity to learn and grow within the company, your job contribution really matters, your opinion & feedback is valuable, the company offers free drinks (also beer), discount on food in the closest cantine, flexible approach to working hours and holidays, possibility to work from home, respect and understanding from the co-workers and direct managers but also a good team-spirit.
Cons
communication flow is sometimes a weakness especially in so fast growing organization, internal processes could be improved as things tend to change very fast and there is not enough time to tackle every pain point on time
