Nice people, nice culture, taking care of the employees and getting better every day (it is a very young company and this must be taken into consideration)

Salaries can be improved (it is still a young company so there is room for improvement and the company is on a good track)

Friendly people, remote working option for corona. Good work/life balance and relaxing environment.

Cons

A lot of tech debt. Hard to improve yourself unless you want to take care of everything by yourself. Unfortunately, the codebase is a bit of a mess as there are no common guidelines. Some of the engineers are quite inactive and not really competent. You are not gonna learn much but the good thing is you don't have to work so much.
